ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
To give basic suggestions program on computer such as excel , word , outlook , internet.
• Monthly report investment cost for it dept. and others department.
• Solve problems that issue each day by telephone , e-mail and online tools
• Configuration module and permission for new users such as Software freight forwarder , warehouse management system. Software paperless (CUSTOMS)
• Computer and network maintenance .
• Co-ordinate with venders about a business improvement.
• Installation new computer and software license.
• Configuration e-mail for new users.
• Maintenance network infrastructure to business continuous. Such as cloud server , firewall system , mail server, web application. Cctv system. • Manage relationships with contractors and service provider ( Forklift etc. ) • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary • Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities (electrical System etc.) • Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities • Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Current Salary : 47,000 Baht
Expected Salary : 50,000 Baht

• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
Project :
1. Implement Warehouse Management System (WMS)
2. Migrate server on premise to Cloud SERVER
3. Migrate exit mail server to cloud SERVER
4. Implement Software Freight Forwarder

• ERP Administrator and user training. ( Overall module )
• Warehouse Management System Administrator and user training. (Work Flow)
• Maintenance network infrastructure to business continuous.
• To give basic suggestions for new IT staff.
• Backup system
