• Checking daily reports from site supervisor and push to fill in target date for every month.
• Draw the design & make correction by using Auto CAD for redesign work..
• Making the claim forms to get from Main Com for our finishing work.
• Marking meeting to push the supervisors to be smart in their work.
• Coordination design and schedule with archi and M&E department for interior work
• Enforcing site supervisor in their target in every month.
• Inspect and follow the rule of the designs,quality and make site targets for new materials.

• Checking Shop Drawing, Method Statement and sometime drawings was revised by myself.
• Attend the meeting with sub-con for coordination of site work.
• I had to conduct with consult for the Inspection.

• Checking Quality in site ,Shop Drawing, Method Statement and calculating levels for road works.
• Attend the meeting with main-con (POC ) for coordination of site work and making claim form for finished parts of work.
• I had to check QC for quality and levels for road works.
• Need to inform safety rules and regulations limited by Nippo and POC.
