● Monthly production planning aligned with customer shipment and MRP's plan
● Quality control management aligned with shading approval for the Automotive company, such as TOYOTA, Mitsubishi, ISUZU, and Motorcycle
● Work with Maintenance regarding M/C improvement and PM plan
● Employee disciplined by coaching
● Manpower balancing aligned with capacity
● Take care of company KPIs
● ISO 14001, 9001, and IATF 16949
● 5S + Monthly safety patrol/HSE committee
● Kaizen Event with cost-saving/QCC activity/Lean For Grown (LFG) patrol
● Visual Control/Management to protect Human Error
● Improvement project leader assigned by Top Management
● Coordinate with all related departments to align in the same direction, especially SALE's department and Customers as well
