1. Research Project: Isolated bacteria from the intestines of Large White pigs and tested their potential as probiotics. This included testing survival in simulated gastrointestinal conditions (In vitro), adhesion capability to intestinal walls (In vitro; Caco-2 cells), safety properties such as antibiotic resistance, hemolysis, and enzyme production capabilities.

2. Isolated bacteria capable of producing exopolysaccharides (EPS) and tested their prebiotic properties.

5. Studied the immunostimulatory effects of probiotics, prebiotics, and synbiotics on RAW 264.7 macrophage cells by examining the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines, nitric oxide, and phagocytosis.

9. Developed bio-technologies to enhance the nutritional supplements for livestock from mushroom mycelium:
- Sub-project: Investigated cellulase, pectinase, and cellulose enzymes produced from oyster mushrooms.
- Studied optimal conditions for enzyme activity. (Analyzed enzyme activities using the DNSA method)
- Encapsulation of enzymes using encapsulation techniques.
- Evaluated enzyme activity in simulated conditions.
10. Tested the inhibition of bacteria using the Plate Count Agar method with extracts of pineapple, nano-silver coated bubble water.
11. Extracted bacteria, yeast, and fungi and identified microbial species using PCR techniques, BLAST sequencing, and generated phylogenetic trees.
