1.Support line Production and monitor yield input-output and improvement process New model and Old model
2.Take( FA)Fialure analysis part NG.and Improvement
3.Set up and Qualify machine and Improvement
4.Take corrective action and preventive action when SPC alert.
5.Take master and CAL.machine and Support master if found issue master out spec or master worn out
6.Check and review buy off machine after mantance repair machine or improve.
7.Qualify and Buy off machine before move to line production
8.Support new model ( line production ,Master , Machine )
9.PM machine ( Preventive,GR@R , Spec )
10.Take MSA ,GR@R and Correlation machine auto and manual.
11.Assists engineer to magnage technician
12.Meeting to summarize the problems each day and find solutions with different departments.
13.Tooling/Jig
