โครงการ/ผลงาน
RCA-5(ACTH-M) PROJECT
Accountable for creating quality control documentation and enhancing communication among teams and clients. This involves generating quality control reports for welds, both pre- and post-welding. Additionally, responsible for evaluating and defining lifting capacity and scrutinizing the quality of received materials to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
Accomplishments:
-Gained expertise in developing QC documents as Field Inspection Notices, Field Inspection Reports,
Fit-Up and Visual Reports.
-Performed a quality inspection on the weld joint and submitted it for customer quality inspection assessment prior to welding.
-Gained work experience in inspecting the quality of welds using Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Vacuum tests.
-Evaluate and establish the lifting capacity lifting requirements for the installation of the shell plate and roof plate.
-Control documentation and circulate the most recent version upon any changes, which includes delivering documents to clients, such as procedures and methods, via the email system.
-From quality inspections of materials, it has been learned that each type of material has different grades and classes, including groups of materials referenced according to API 650 standards.
RO PROJECT
My responsibilities include crafting budget proposals and quotations, designing, and drafting construction drawings for projects involving filter tanks. I supervise the quality inspection of tanks post-completion, which includes generating manufacturing data record. Furthermore, I strategize and execute projects in alignment with the budget.
Accomplishments:
-Prepare budget proposals/quotations/project proposals to align with the specifications or requirements of the customers.
-Acquire knowledge in planning and quality management throughout the production process, which includes performing inspections for water hydro testing on welds.
-Acquire knowledge in creating documents for project handover.
