1.Manage 1 purchasing supervisor and 1 purchasing officer to control part price and tooling price in each event of automotive parts.
2.Manage 3 sale officers to control part price and tooling price in each event of automotive parts.
3.To ensure part price and tooling of each event are achieved company target cost.
To monitor the operation of price walk that control by CSP “Centralized Steel Price” that control by customers.
Main customers is Nissan Motor Thailand.
4.Handle the KPI activity doing with our 3 main suppliers, categorized by Quality, Delivery and Cost.
5.Maintain the suppliers data and cross check the accuracy of data, making presentation and hold meeting twice a month with 3 main suppliers. Report the result direct to Managing director
Manage cost reduction with customers, generate VA/VE, Material localization, Material Challenge, Logistic.
Control and review the presentation that sale officer made. Considering and Analysis all of cost reduction activities.
Present to Top management of Nissan Motor Thailand once a month.
6.Manage cost reduction with suppliers, Cross functional team and Generate cost reduction to suppliers. Carry over some activities from customers to suppliers. Not only control the activities but also the merit calculated need to control and monitor it to achieve company target.
Monitor part price in G-Top systems (Nissan Motor Thailand system) in order to avoid Line error ( Missing collecting money invoice to customers)
Control Free Zone for customers making the accuracy documents for FTA, Form D.
Coaching Sale and Purchase team to do all important activities on times and achieve company target.
7.Control 5 subordinate to follow company regulation and have good business manner.
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

"Scope of duties:
1.Managing the procurement and purchasing team , obtaining the best possible price while meeting or exceeding standards and quality levels expected by the company.
2.Handle oversea and localize material both direct and indirect material
Budget and Action plan making with followed up and monitoring in order to reach company goal.
Developing, agreeing and implementing KPIs for suppliers, service levels and suppliers management.
3.Ensuring market awareness, conducting financial appraisals of suppliers, making sourcing decisions and monitoring pricing information to ensure that the company can achieve all possible benefits.
4.Ensure of order material, follow up on delivery including ensure all documentation are meet requirement and compliance with regulatory and company standard.
Monitors the maintenance of records regarding pricing and ordering of materials; prepares reports analysis and recommendations.
5.Coaching and skill up 6 subordinate, 3 for direct material with export, 2 for In-Direct material and 1 for BOI.
Performed and developed cost saving and support company business improvement project.
Direct Raw-Material Purchasing, Purchase materials in line with inventory targets, Timely and effective communication of forecasts and purchase orders to more 80 RM suppliers not only control but also monitoring in order to secure enough volume of RM and fair business with them.
Sale and production plan coordination, Coordinate with material planner and receive orders from the aboard customers. Timely and effective communication of sales forecasts to the customers. To concerned for supporting material to meet production schedule.
6.In-Direct Raw material purchasing, spare part, machinery, equipment, tool, electronics parts, service, construction, aboard purchasing and etc. That all using for factory operation. Assure that goods / services will be delivered on schedule, at negotiated price and meet required quality standards. Work with allocated key suppliers to improve on time delivery and quality statistics to target levels.
7.BOI job, Import and Export chemical, machinery and doing 19 bis. (Control BOI privilege and Condition)
Initiate necessary action to assure best value are received, customer delivery requirements are met, and address any manufacturing problems at supplier’s facility.
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time."
