- Prepare training need of all sections and collect to set up the company training need assessment.
- Arrange and facilitate to the company public internal training program
- Prepare training objectives, scope, arrange each training following the settled up program.
- Contact instructor for internal public training and contact outside training institute for facilitate the employee.
- Facilitate domestic external training and overseas training with document preparation and operation.
- Manage the training expense following the set up budget.
- Report and monitoring training arrangement status
- Prepare training evaluation tools for internal training and analyze the training result for improvement arrangement.
- Arrange training activity and report the attendee in yearly 50% comply to the Labor Promotion Act.
- Participate to monthly environmental Co-target activity.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior which that job within the coverage of the present position
