ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Monitor import shipments from other countries to Thailand (both finished goods and raw/packaging materials).
- Manage import order processing through effective communication/ coordination with oversea colleagues and customers.
- Organize an oversee Import customs clearance and drayage operations
- Plan, negotiate and coordinate with all business partners such as carrier, freight forwarder, shipping & customs team, transport subcontractors and warehouse team to ensure smooth import operation.
- Manage any relevant operational issues and provide efficient and timely problem solving.
- Ensure all milestones are updated timely and accurately and therefore control KPIs on that basis.
- I also have experience about Export customs clearance
