ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Experience in computer Support at least 5 years
• Able to install and fix problems with MS Windows, MS Windows Server, Office, Network, Antivirus, Mail Client, as well as Hardware.
• Have a basic understanding of the system Infrastructure System, VMware, Hyper-V, Storage, Mail Server and Network.
• Have good human relations, love service, polite and know how to solve immediate problems
• Enthusiasm in learning new jobs, problem solving And find problems
• High responsibility And able to prioritize work as well
• ISO 9001: 2015
• Experience with computer hardware, network software (Lan, Wan), network monitoring operating system.
• Responsible for the job Server, VMware, Backup, Email, Network, CCTV, PABX etc.
• Having knowledge and capable of installing basic computer programs; Windows, Outlook etc.
• Contact with suppliers, service providers, vendors for inquiry and maintenance
• Others as assigned by supervisors
