Monitor the Incidents and manage workload in their respective queues.
Responsible for assigning incidents within a group or division and ensure that Incidents assigned to their Support Groups are resolved and that service is restored.
Participate in Incident review following major Incidents.
Designing, Implementing and Administrative for Windows server and Desktop.
Implement and Administrative for Accounting and Payroll software.
Implement and Monitoring network, antivirus, server performance, tuning and reporting
Prepare regular report of IT infrastructure asset, health check, technical documentation and user manual.
Troubleshooting and monitoring the Citrix environment.
Administrative for Cisco Telephony system, CUCM, CUC
Setup and Troubleshooting for Cisco IP phone, Desktop, Laptop, Video Conference.
Dealing with supplier for purchasing and maintenance the IT devices and services.
Planning and reviewing IT budget.
Administering Windows servers (NT, 2000, 2003 and 2008), E-Mail System
(MS Exchange 5.5,2003 and 2007)
Administering telephone system (PABX) and photocopy system.
Administering and programming Intranet and Website (SQL 2000).
Administering network security, anti-virus, firewall, LAN, TCP/IP.
Design and manage Network Infrastructure.
Administering the Virtualization system; VMware, Citrix environment.
Troubleshooting basic hardware, LAN, network equipment and software problem
and manage the repairing process with supplier.
Provide advice on user problems by providing technical guidance and
taking the relevant action.
