- Validates cost/benefits assumptions for each project and train the team to assure conversion of projects result

- Working with the global team share best practices in terms of productivity, ergonomics, and process Excellence.
- Design and drive the Kaizen program in all plants, with the implementation of the evaluation committees, Rewards and recognition events, and regular tracking to drive the culture of continuous improvement Down to all the associates in the site.
- In collaboration with plant managers drive the 5S initiative in all plants.

- Analyze THSC raw data and provide concrete information in appropriated format to THSC Management Team, Third party manufacturers and Third-party logistics providers as Requested.

Lead OEE improvement of Chonburi Powder Plant, maximize machines utilization, Downtime, Change overtime reduction and increase uptime.
Co-lead with SC Finance to complete THSC yearly budget and CAPEX preparation ready to submit to SC Management.
Co-lead with functional leaders and SC Finance to develop and control THSC spending – Cost Centers. Develop communication channels and processes to ensure key business messages are cascaded throughout THSC employees.
Meet with suppliers, third party manufacturers and Third-party logistics providers to discuss their Performance Metrics, performance feedback, and productivity initiative.

- Develop and continuously improve applicable methodologies.

7) Active participation in training and coaching Activities include:
