• Calculate the use of production machinery and equipment, manpower planning (Line balance) to make the production capacity to the target set . And plan consumption of raw materials per month
• Lay down production lines and set operational procedures to suit the operations and in accordance with GMP principles and requirements.
• Prepare documents for the production department (WI, SD, Record and document training)
• Training on operating procedures in accordance with customer principles and requirements.
• Training on the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment on the production line. According to the purpose of use
• Control and follow up the production process accordance to target (employee efficiency,yield )

• Improve step spray for increase % Yield and Reduce water supply.
• Reduce water supply at spray chamber by change spray nozzles.
• Improve precook schedule for reduce cooking time and increase % Yield.
• Make line balance between picking line - cleaning fish line ,wash room and scrap room.
• Improve cleaning fish step for reduce % reclean.
