1. ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร ตามที่มอบหมายให้พนักงานซ่อมบำรุงใต้บังคับบัญชา
2. ควบคุมการแก้ไขเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ที่หยุดหรือเสียในขณะทำการผลิตให้ใช้งานได้เร็วที่สุด
3. ควบคุมการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่แท้จริงในการเสียของเครื่องจักรที่เกิดขึ้นและหาทางป้องกันร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่วิศวกรรม
4. ให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาด้านข้อมูลเครื่องจักรแก่เจ้าหน้าที่วิศวกรรมและพนักงานใต้บังคับบัญชา
5. ควบคุมการจัดหากำลังคนเพื่อการซ่อมบำรุงหรือซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
6. ร่วมกำหนดแผนการบำรุงรักษาและดำเนินการให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
7. พิจารณาประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบ
8. ควบคุมดูแลเรื่องความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาอย่างเคร่งครัด
9. ปฏิบัติงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและสื่อสารไปยังผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา

4. Comprehensively supervise and guide the equipment system document management, supervise and promote the equipment maintenance plan and the monthly work plan of the team, guide the implementation and effect confirmation, supervise and confirm the equipment maintenance instruction book, work essentials and other document perfecting work.
5. Review the various declared equipment spare parts in the workshop and supervise the management of equipment spare parts especially critical spare in stock avialable . 3.Supervise and confirm the effectiveness of the maintenance PM/PDM planing of various equipment in the workshop and set up create new idea for predictive maintenance effectiveness.
6. According to the reporting process of the equipment failure level, submit it in time, monitor and implement the completion of the rectification and complete the standardized completion.
7. Organize the emergency repair and post-cause deep analysis of various equipment failures in the workshop, as well as repair verification and recurrence prevention include set up annual plan and long term plan 3-5 year machine process improvement.
8. Confirm the skill level of workshop equipment management personal, develop and improve training and summarize experience with coaching team for improvement skill of maintenance.
9. Assist the equipment manager and shop director of the workshop to organize and implement the cost saving control, month-end inventory, KPI score control and workshop energy management to success the monthly target.
10. Supervise and guide the basic management work of the workshop.
