-Online PLC to find root cause of machine and trouble shooting (PLC allen Bradley)
-Solve break down of machine and find root cause of machine break down
-Truoble shooting conveyor, air supply unit, robot, pretreatment
-Follow up PM plan to make sure machine in good condition
- Prepare machine safety systems for support production
-Robot set up, setting parameter and calibration (Durr Robot)
-Check Total Preventive Maintenance
-Follow up Product Data Management
-Support machine breakdown and downtime
-Control and monitor of electrical system
- Follow the assigned by supervisor
- Near miss and Suggestion
