ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Develop, Implement and Maintain Certified International Quality & Environmental Management System for all function are performing up to FS,SCP standard as well as competitively with industry peers.
- Supervise and manage Internal Quality Audits (IQA) to monitor performance of all Department in QMS & EMS continual compliance with ISO system standard.
- Preparation and analysis data of KPI
- Conduct or provide training, quality and environmental culture and related knowledge according to Company Standard Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Continuous Improvement , FSC , G7 , GMI ,UL , RoSH
- Organize and co-ordinate external ISO system certification/surveillance audits for all department in QMS-EMS and take appropriate actions to resolve nonconformity raise.
- Initiate, recommend, work together or provide solutions for all function to investigate, root causes analysis of customer complaints, nonconformance issue to prevent recurrence of QMS deficiencies.
- Review, Prepare, coordinate and Update Associated Project Quality Plan for company Bidding.
- Preparation of registration documents in the quality system.
Control and distribute documents.
- Preparation information for management review meeting
- Productivity Improvement activities such as 5S , Kaizen Suggestions System , TQM and QCC
- Waste management facility that is requires by law

- Leading quality improvement project with internal departments for continuous improvements and following up project progress according to the master plan.
- Leading the implementation of the process quality control plan, measurement analysis system and work instructions including seeking opportunities for improvements.
- Reviewing work instruction procedures to meet company and customer requirements.
- Analyzing and resolving work problems and assisting the manufacturing team in solving quality problems.
- Reviewing and summarizing quality problems periodically and preparing quality reports concerning department activities for quality improvement plan.
- Conducting root cause analysis for corrective and preventative actions from customer complaints.
- Supporting and coordinating for certification and surveillance audits.
- Report management regarding to the quality management system performance for review basis for action and improvement.
- Ensure the quality management system is established. Implemented and maintained and continually improve its effectiveness with GMP,HACCP,KOSHER
- Ensure that process needs for the quality management is determined and its application throughout the organization.
- Ensure the quality management has training the organization, all employee and maintain for retraining program.
- Ensure for documents needed for quality management system is established and enough defined prior.
- Communication to oversea customer for supporting any requirement
