• Post SAP Go live support for the SAP R/3 Roll-out project from Australia for Flint Group Thailand for the Operation, Procurement and Technical Department. -> Liaised closely with the key users & users.
• Perform day-2-day support activity such as daily troubleshooting on the issue, guide users to the use of SAP system and make sure they are able to perform SAP transactions properly & smoothly and also getting familiar with SAP system as the earliest possible
• Train SAP for key users or users upon request. regard to both the enhancement, changed and continue supporting after posted go-live to the productive system.
• Problem analysis, determine the issues and escalate to the Global team for the issue or requirements related to system design or configuration
• Analyze business requirements and explain regard to the Pro & Cons before request change request (CR)

• Responsible for the roll-out project for SAP modules Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM). Prepare training material, demonstration data and training for key users & LBPO.
• Business requirements collection and translate to the project team at Netherland to review and confirm for possibility to implement or enhancement.
• Check business blueprint document if all the requirements have been captured in the designed document (blueprint)
• Check system configuration against business blueprint document to ensure system have been configured before perform unit testing, system integration test and confirm the results to the project team at head quarter (Netherland)
• Review test scripts in the test application (ALM) to ensure the scripts are covered all business scenarios.
• Organize the UAT plan and schedule for keys users & users to perform the test in SAP base on role and responsibility
• Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) through the ALM testing system also monitor testing status and feedback the test results to the project team at Head-quarter.
• Conduct data migration template for Material master data, PP-master data preparation.  Support key users for end users training
• Cutover and go-live preparation e.g. cut-off date, cut-off data and go-live support for 1 month end closing. Handover to supporting team

- Responsible for SAP manufacturing (MM/PP/SD modules) for parts of the integration of SAP CO/PC (Controlling & Production Costing).  Support project preparation phase e.g. project kick off meeting & prototype preparation
- Involved in gap analysis workshop, documentation and request client to review and sign-off
- Finalize the enhancement, functional specification documentation (WRICEF), Request client to review & sign-off.  System configuration, development, unit test, system integration test
- Review and modify the upload template where necessary, modify the upload program and reload master data e.g. material master, routing etc.  Authorization matrix preparation, submit to client to review & sign-off.
- Request basis to set-up the authorization and perform the test and conduct the user acceptance test (UAT) and assign-off
- Prepare training material and demonstration data, train key users and also support the user acceptance test (UAT) till sign-off.  Go-Live Preparation e.g. cut-off date, cut-off data and go-live support
- Update system configuration documentation, Blueprint documentation
- On-site month end closing (MEC) support for 2 periods.  Knowledge Transfer to support section
