Prepare Compensation and Benefits concerned reports such as SSO, Provident fund, Group health insurance and Tax etc.
Communicating with various Government departments such as the Labour Department, SSO, Legal Execution Department.
Check attendance and other data of Subcontract, also keep record Leave and OT of month.
Responsible for the full functions of Recruitment, Selection and Hiring including Performance Appraisal.
Review employee handbook to ensure that the HR Procedures are up to date and comply with the legal.
Orientation new employee.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
