I was intern in department of Process Improvement and Quality Assurance, which is under division of Solution Design and Consulting Business. My job responsibilities are mainly doing an assigned project on "minimization waiting time at SCGL Warehouse" and I can provide a result of minimized waiting time up to 33% - 54% for this project. Moreover, I also helped some staff’s tasks. For example, finding Latitude and Longitude of customer’s location for doing truck routing including traveled trips arrangement which ran by VRP program.
