Supervise and control testing and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Lead and support test engineers and technicians, including task assignment, training, and performance monitoring.
Analyze production and test data, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Improve testing efficiency, yield, and reliability while reducing defects and downtime.
Coordinate with production, QA, maintenance, and engineering teams to achieve production targets and safety requirements.
