Job Purpose:
External Affairs(EA) is key function to in charge very importance to in charge for influencing the government and Non-government to support business growth which need to be successful for price controlled approval and raw material approval. EA is the good advisor for strategic approach to government and external environmental.
Responsibility:
• Prepare and negotiate with DIT on price structure
• Monitor, analyst any crises for make decision to business
• Monitor, analyst a government movement to make a new decision and achieve business goal
• Support business growth
• Support and prepare quota allocation
• Keep building business relationship with government and stakeholders

• Coordinate with Department of livestock department for certificate of registration of the especially controlled animal feed to customer
• Coordinate with animal quarantine station for pet food export license (SOR.AOR) on NSW (DLD E-SERVICE)
• Preparing export documents (INV,PL) for custom clearance
