ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Follow up, audit, control the machine/equipment /Facility maintenance jobs on time as planned and report to manager by weekly.
 Lead to do analysis (RCA: root cause analysis) and summarize for all machine/equipment which has down time over 50 minutes (red card).
 Machines /facility trouble shooting and keep in repairing history for lesson learning.
 Support improvement projects, Facility repairing and machines/equipment relocation
 Schedule planning of maintenance (weekly/monthly/yearly) to be suitable for each machine & equipment in the factory.
 Coordinated with USA/Europe/Japanese machine manufacture for technical
 Control cost and material/spare part utilization in ABC ranking.
 Technical operation training for new machine, improvement
 Yearly Review manpower to support all service in section.
 Design and development the new machine/existing machine to support production.
 Follow up and support ISO standard audit items (quality, safety and environment)
 Annual CAPEX (capital expanse budget) for repairing /maintenance and improve project.
 Review all maintenance /improvement requestion sheet from other department and analyze the CSI score if lower than 6.
 Internal machine maintenance trainer: Pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, Lubrication.

Communicate with team /customer/Suppliers in terms of Engineering technical support/ consulting & product/process design support as required.
