2. Apply for Form FTA by request for the form via the internet, Self-certification systems.
3. Contact with Department of Foreign Trade to in order to receive the form. 4. Remove part run out from current C/O database
5. Keeping up-to-date on current local legislation and regulation changes.
6. Contact customer for ensure their request for the form and send form to them when it completed.
