Oversee development of QM strategy/plans and reports on compliance according to the project plans (for large project scale/scope).
Oversee verification of quality of the deliverables and processes for system/software development.
Oversee QM activities and executions to govern system/software development procedures during the course of the project implementation.
Provide information and guideline to project teams in relation to MTL information technology compliance.
Coordinate within MTL relevant teams to ensure compliance with designed process frameworks and practices.
Monitor to ensure the new core insurance system is developed and implemented according to predefined standards/frameworks (e.g. CMMI, ITIL).
Monitor to ensure the new core insurance system project has no issues against MTL information technology compliance.
Laise with internal and external Project Management Office (PMO), external consultants, and external vendors for any compliance issue identified.
Additional works/tasks/projects per the assignments from upper management group/team.
Responsible for managing teams of IT and engineering staffs to deliver IT projects and IT operations outsourcing (BJC headquarter, BJC International and Bangkok Post Publishing).
Responsible for managing team of Helpdesk/Servicedesk agents to support end-users of different locations in Thailand, and overseas (Malaysia and Vietnam), as the 1st level of IT support.
Drive Service Quality Improvement initiatives and special projects for service performance & stabilization.
Undertake a key role in ensuring required IT infrastructure (SAP Basis) quality of service, availability and performance are achieved for business applications & transactions (SAP & non-SAP systems).
Provide technical leadership in the execution of IT service improvement initiatives.
Track actions and recommendations from various forums related to Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management to closure.
Coordinate metrics reporting for preparing management review materials and drive special taskforces.
Be proactive in finding problems, defining and implementing solutions for business/end-users.
