- Provide information and services to customers who enter swab in the opening project.
- Check all customer information (to reduce mistakes and facilitate customers)
- Passport or ID Card
- Flight tickets
- The hotel where the guest stayed
- Registration number of the car that picks up the customer from the airport to the hotel.
- Be a consultant and supervise the coordination team. In the Test &Go project, the Hospitel project outside.
- Prepare weekly summaries to analyze data Track the results of the work in order to know the problem and solve it on the spot.

- Patient history check. Ask what insurance the patients have.
- Provide patient documents to insurance companies and submit additional patient documents. In case the insurer requests additional documents.
- Call the patient to let the patient know how much the insurance company covers.
- Answer customer calls, receive complaints, and coordinate with relevant agencies to assist and resolve customer issues. As well as impressing customers back to our services.
