Project Management
• Develop a new business concept and strategies to raise farmer income and quality of life by bringing technology, knowledge, service, and consulting straight to the farmer
• Priorities and revises the business plan and identify business opportunities to meet the changing requirements and achieve the new business concept
• Initiatives from ideation to execution of smart farm concept, research farmers behavior, planning projects, managing resources, workload allocation, and implementing the experimental plot
• Collaborate with a technical team and farming technology specialist to re-design the whole stage of planting into smart farming and reach the farmer need
Management Trainee
• Managed CP Freshmart store and planned strategy in all-round moreover analyzed the problem for making a solution
• Organized the business profits, people, timing, and operation along with the dynamic cross-functional team collaborated
• Increased 70% sales growth, 6% net profits, and 12% market share furthermore improve the functional ability for a store team within a 6-month project.
