โครงการ/ผลงาน
I am currently working with SEMAC Construction technologies India LLP as a manager Quantity Surveyor. Please see below a brief outline of my career to date. I have about 12 years of experience in execution, supervision, QS, costing and project management in construction industries. My duties including; Estimating, Tendering, Procurement of sub-contractors, & agreeing final accounts while also helping out occasionally with the programming of new projects.

Heading projects and looking after the surveying aspect from inception to completion. I have gained vast experience as how to manage and control costs within construction projects while working as a part of project management team and also working closely with the Site management, scheduling, planning, procurement, safety and the Design Team. Now working as an auditor Quantity Surveyor I am getting an insight into dealing with various main contractors& sub-contractors. I have also served period of time working in RMC, Contractor billing, client billing and also worked as a PMC Quantity Surveyor. I also have a good knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and firefighting work.

I also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto CAD, MS project, & Prima Vera P6. In my previous role, I would deal with many IT issues, MEP Services within the head office.
