Permission Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Permission Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA).
For Tender and
For Construction.
Design green building refer to LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certified and WELL standard.
Meeting with owners and related departments for project launches.
Coordinated multiple mechanical and engineering projects to ensure they were delivered on-time, within budget completion.
