criminal check background, new employee announcements, academic staff promotion, etc.)
o Checking employee criminal background and resolving workplace conflicts
o Providing new employees orientation (Training)
o Operating a student internship program
o Keeping the dynamics of employer-employee
o Collecting appropriate data resources
o Building an employer brand, and relationships between the company and candidates
o Analyzing wage and salary to determine competitive wage rate
o Making plans to reduce turn over
