 Orientation new employees such as temporary and contract staff
 attitude adjustment and building positive thinking up for new employee
 Coordinate with suppliers to setup internal and external seminar
 Retraining all employee by yearly
 Follow ,attend and suggest quality security sustainability healthy and environment (QSSHE) of company
 Setup on-the-job-training schedule as plan
 Support general training activities
 Keep training history into SAP and other systems
 Summary and report results and analyses of training courses to manager
