I respond to all department operations both Back of the house and Front of house and renovation projects to be ready to serve our guests when the hotel opens arms to welcome guests back on October 24th. Monitor and set up the process for safety and security for associates and guests during the pandemic to ensure that the hotel standard reaches the highest level. I have responded for Health & Wellness Project to renew for NAM Health & Wellness. I left the property as the end of my contract agreement.

รับผิดชอบและดูแลในส่วนการดำเนินการทุกๆด้านภายในรีสอร์ท เพื่อให้เกิดความแน่ใจว่าลูกค้าจะได้รับการบริการและความพึงพอใจอย่างสูงสุดในระหว่างการเข้าพัก เป็นผู้นำและสร้างการจัดการและบริหารการนำขยะมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์เพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายจากการขนย้ายและกำจัดขยะให้เป็นศูนย์ โดยการจัดทำโครงการทำน้ำจุรินทรีย์และน้ำหมักชีวภาพเพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ภายในรีสอร์ท หลังจากเกิดการระบาดของเชื้อโควิด 19 ได้ดำเนินการให้คำแนะนำกับทีมงานในการจัดการบริหารและดูแลพื้นที่หลังจากที่มีคำสั่งให้มีการปิดโรงแรมภายในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้เกิดการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆให้น้อยที่สุด ภายใต้การ วางแผนงานที่กระชับภายใต้แรงกดดัน และมีทรัพยากรบุคคลที่จำกัด

Starting as pre-opening team with this group of city hotels managed me to multi-management skills such as Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and overall pre-opening new hotels. I supervise my team member to catch up on the Green Hotel, Energy Safe Hotel and Friendly Design awarded for Recenta Hotel Group. Revenue control and customer experience is also my main task to oversee and reach up the guest experience. I keep the eyes on the Sales & Marketing to balance the revenue with expenses by handling the local cooperate and government in the area as well as OTAs issues.
