-Prepare documents of arrival flights
-Check in and provide service to passengers at the counters before departure time.
-Handle special cases of the flights such as wheelchair, MAAS, UM, passengers who need any special assistance and provide services at the boarding gate for the departure flights.
-Check tickets for the flights
-Edit flights or assign seats for passengers.
