ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Quality improvement (Defective analysis, improvement detective Customer Field problem and production line problem relate to Quality item).
2. Establish, Review and update inspection method and criteria for production and QA inspector and Production to ensure that product meet requirement.
3. Work with team to make disposition on nonconforming product; especially, the disposition to rework, re screen and use as is.
4. Establish ,Review and update inspection method for Part receiving inspection (Inspection method, Tooling inspection).
5. Calibration Control System
6. Customer complaint, Customer defect analysis and follow-up corrective action and preventive action.
7. Provide support to operation, to lead and execute decision of product criterion with reference to customer drawing and spec
8. Support quality target and quality management policy of company
9. Support customer requirement , Audit
10. Support incoming , Inprocess, Outgoing Team
11. Internal Auditor , Auditee
12. Set up, Verify the parameter of Inspection/Tester machine.
13 Feedback supplier about part quality issue.
