- Ensure passenger’s safety according to training of following type of aircraft A320 and A321.
- Conduct pre-flight/post-flight briefings with all flight attendants about service procedure.
- Provide passenger’s care and comfort by in-flight sale variety of hot meal and beverage services.
- Perform cabin safety duties in the aircraft, provide high quality passenger service and pursue the best customer satisfaction.

- To perform and lead day to day assigned function and contribute to ensure that overall passenger service
operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- To perform flights controller, counter check-in, service desk and boarding gate duties, assist and provide
information to passengers, making announcements, playing a vital role by conducting security checks at gate
per established regulations and procedure.
- Responsible for assisting customers with travel needs such as answering inquiries and provide connection
flight information and direction assistance.
