ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Liaising with customers (Zone Europe) and other functions ( Internal / External ) for the Logistics related.
- Updating relevant export cost from all service providers (cost saving) and provide information to customer and export commercial team.
- Coordinating with shipping company to booking the vessel, truck and flight.
- Monitoring, tracking, following up and problem solving to make sure that all shipments complete as planned.
- Overseeing and maintaining good customer relationships, handle and correspondence to customer inquiries and customer complaint with a professional manner.
- Forecasting and achieving export targets for international (EU) market
