- Lead a team of 25 KYC officers, providing guidance, coaching,and supervision to ensure smooth daily operations andhigh performance.

- Track team KPIs and give constructive feedback to support growth and improve results.
- Conduct hands-on training on regulatory requirements, KYC procedures, and effective client communication.
- Support staff in managing complex or escalated cases.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry standards to maintain compliance.
- Continuously improve KYC processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform thorough KYC reviews for new and existing clients, verifying identity, financial status, and regulatory
compliance.
- Identify unusual activities, assess AML risks, and escalate issues according to company policy.
- Review client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Evaluate potential risks from client profiles and transactions to support risk management frameworks.
- Colaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve complex issues and streamline workflows.
- Monitor cals and client interactions to ensure adherence to standards.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve staff performance and service quality.
- Prepare detailed progress and performance reports for management, highlighting achievements, risks, and recommendations.
