ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
· Monitoring production schedules, staffing tables and specifications to obtain information, such as materials, priorities, and personnel requirements.
· Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
· Evaluate suppliers’ performance / Suppliers’ Development Plan / Supplier Audit
· Confers with establishment personnel, suppliers, and customers to coordinate processing and shipping, and to resolve complaints.
· Monitoring inventory of raw-materials, finished goods and supplies to meet production demands.
· Calculate figures, such as labor and materials amounts, manufacturing costs, using pricing schedules.
· Complete status reports, such as production progress, customer satisfaction, and materials inventory.
· Handle of Domestic-Import-Export (Raw material/Trading Part/Finished Goods Product) and administration procedure.
· Communicating with customers in regards to all shipping issues and providing all necessary support.
· Co-ordination with freight forwarder, liner, and shipping company to achieve the best possible service and price for customs clearance.
· Prepare shipment schedule and required delivery (Domestics-Export) schedule to concerned department.
