I had been working in import and export shipping documents. The responsibilities are issued the Letter of credits (LC), checking shipping documents through remitted funds to vendors. Moreover, I was in charged of the export manager role to manage a team to handle the transaction without any mistake and within SLA. I had to collaborate with other management teams to solve the transaction problem and achieve customers requirement. I obtained the reward regarding initiative the process of reducing procedure by creating the template message which used for responding message to other banks.

Moreover, I always backed up the other teams such as Guarantee team and export team when missing staff. The reason why I am able to handle the entire of trade products. Additionally, I had to collaborate with other management teams to communicate about the problem transaction in order to achieve the customers requirement.
