Responsibility: Management new project transfer to ThaiLand plant & QA
-Engineer communication china and control all
-New project and New Product transfer to Thailand plant
-WI (SOP) create control and Process set up
-Machine management & Jig Fixture set up,E
-Over all contact customer and Auditor support plant
-Maintenance team and Facility control (Electric,Fire alam,Air compressor system)
-Production improvement productivity output on plan (LOB,Cycle time improve)
-Managing the policy of quality assurance and quality control, investigating and setting
standards for quality
-Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
-Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
-Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
-Lead Quality System activities Ex. internal/ external audit,How to PCB checking
-Quality team control ,SQA,Model spec, PFMEA,DFMEA, FAI,FSG,Customer audit
-The PCB confirm with Supplier and Data Gerber file TQ , Spec PCBA, Audit Vendor
-Communicate data china transfer to thailand,Windows control
