ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Control and manage to warehouse organization and manage 3rd party Logistics that handle about warehouse activity and distribution activity under DC space 50,000 sqm. / operate 7Day 24 Hours.)
• To manage he stock reconciliation in all warehouse location in JDE & WMS.
• To manage the smooth daily inbound and outbound operations.
• Warehouse management assess the availability of space and prepare stacking/storage plans prior to programming/contingency commodities arrivals.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of commodity (ies) stored. - Quality system control, GMP standard.
• Control the expense is in lane of company target and budget. - Carry out regular physical random warehouse checks of commodities and inventory
• Responsibility for logistic planning to ensure warehousing and transportation capability align with company goal.
• To manage logistic planning and operation control both import & export.
• Problem solving and decision making relate to any logistics issue.
• 3PL management to ensure best in class of KPI archive.
• Coordinate with concerning department such as Production, Sales & Marketing, and Financial department.
• To ensure logistic optimization (Cost saving and Service level)
• To be champion in Physical count planning and result.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Manage the inventory of finished goods by establishing and monitoring with systematic and effective inventory control in order to reduce ageing stock and maintain the stock accuracy
 Manage the storage space by storage and handling with the good warehouse handling practices to able to achieve good utilization and avoid product expired on stock

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Sales Control
 Develop and Implement Customer Order receiving method and system for 100% accuracy
 Customer invoicing documents and confirm shipment in customer system on time not less than 99% and accuracy 100% for Account Receivable on time.
 Monitoring for Customer Forecast and Order fluctuation.
 Customer correspondence about new requirement and order 100%

Production Planning
 Manage and monitor for Capacity planning to meet customer requirement 100%
 Improve Ideal time for production efficiency with production side and feedback to production plan more than 90%. And increasing of capacity planning
 Manage and identify human resource allocation to meet production plan.
 Manage for decreasing production cost such as Overtime cost by make accuracy MANHOURS more than 90%
 Develop and Implement new system for monitor real time output from 20% to 100%
 Summarize and analysis root cause of un-meet target of output
 Manage long term plan and Capacity for next 3month to monitor Inventory and Space
needed
 Providing men, machine, materials of right quantity and right time for production


Material Planning & Inventory Control
 Manage and monitor for supplier’s capabilities to meet increasing and order allocation Management for each supplier for total volumes and announce at supplier meting
 Monitor for Supplier Capacity survey as quarterly that meet requirement 100%
 Monitor usage between BOM and actual usage for Material cost accuracy 100%
 Control of Demand and Supply for reasonable inventory level and valuation.
 Monitor Supplier delivery performance, identify improvement opportunities
 Manage order and Forecast lead time to support for any fluctuation plan.

Logistic & Warehouse Control
 Manage of delivery to meet customer scheduling as timely 100%
 Manage of Finished goods inventory level and feedback to planning and customer
 Manage of Materials inventory level and feedback to material planning
 Manage of Cycle count for physical inventory as quarterly Accuracy more than 98%
 Manage and control of non-move and slow move inventory impact to P&L
 Manage and improve limited warehouse space to utilize as high efficiency
 Maintain FIFO, Identification and 5S 100% by weekly patrol
 Improvement of transportation cost reduction 10%
 Manage of Finished goods warehouse and transportation delivery to customer
 Mange of Material and parts warehouse for support to production line
 Develop for new Packaging design to save cost 20% and expand life time up 30%


Others Job Duties
• Establish and implement Division Policy & KPI yearly target.
• Manage and review Organization to conform business function
• Develop and review budget and goals with Manager and staff monthly
• Promote for Human development and competency of subordinate up 20%
• Develop working relationship with other cooperative in organization and follow company regulation 100%
• Overall Production Integrative system (Input – Process – Output)
• Cooperation planning duties (such as Risk Management, Job Function & analysis)
