Provided superior customer service to clients by addressing all questions and concerns with dedicated to providing quality care for ultimate customer satisfaction.
• Assisting and support team with the problem as they arise, follow up with customer to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular products
• Coordinating with sale team by managing schedules, filling important documents and communicating relevant information both customer and team
• Monitor performance and stock of products, co-ordinate with other team for the most effectiveness and manage problems and work cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle the shipment operation and coordinate with all concerned parties such as Oversea Sales Team, Warehouse and Planing section to process the shipment on time and smoothly also arrange the delivery and negotiate the shipment plan with customers and oversea sale team.
• Organized and prioritized work to complete assignments in a timely, efficient manner.
