- contact with french oversea agent for all requests/booking by e-mail
- contact with hotel and local supplier for business partner
- make a program tour/tailor-made (requested by clients) to offer to agents
- quote/ calculate the program tour
- make a reservation to hotel or supplier when booking confirmed
- confirm completely booking to agent
- issue invoice and voucher to clients
