• Cost Planning and Project Development
- Provide Cost Report to update the status of the Project
- Confirm Status of Profitability, Payback Period, NPV, and IRR
- Assist with the development of Cost Analysis including with Target
Cost Estimation and Cost Evaluation of Vehicle Parts
- Cooperate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Planning to provide
the status of the Project
• Cost Reduction Activities
- Focus on Value Analysis and Value Engineering to increase
Profitability
- Provide Cost Benchmarking and Specification Benchmarking of
Vehicle Parts
