- Installation Air Condition & Ventilation System (AHU , FCU , CHS , CHR , VRF/VRV , Split Type , Duct System)
- Collect and prepare documents for delivering Practical Completion & Final Completion
- Prepare documents : VO , VE , RFI , RFA , Weekly Report , Monthly Report
- Have Made Payment Project , and for Contractor
- Compare prices Main Equipment , Usual Material and Prepare PR , Follow up PO to Supplier and transfer to Site.
- Cost Control & Budget for The assigned work site
- Supply Subcontractor for Work site
- Have Estimated the Mechanical System for the Auction
