-Warranty training to dealer and importers, define warranty policy and procedure of Volvo, UD and RT truck both current and new model
-Manage the warranty and related tasks e.g. recall, campaign, goodwill, monitor warranty data to ensure all warranty data were operated properly and compliance with warranty policy, set up warranty readiness for new product, Free coupon, warranty booklet, part and labor claim rate.
-Manage warranty claim submission to payment process between Volvo, Brunch and importer
-Measure branch KPIs performance
-Manage the warranty and related tasks e.g. recall, campaign, goodwill, monitor warranty data to ensure all warranty data were operated properly and compliance with warranty policy
-Set up warranty readiness for new product, Free coupon, warranty booklet, part and labor claim rate
