Implement, maintain and update the food safety system in the company e.g. GMP, HACCP and
BRC.
Be a HACCP team leader. Develop and implement HACCP plans. Perform HACCP system
maintenance, including verification and validation.
Be a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) that met the USFDA requirements for
FSMA training (requirement of 21CFR117.180).
Coordinate with the third-party certification bodies, customer and the FDA or relevant for
inspection/auditing.
Make CAPA for external audit-non compliances, follow-up for closure, monitor and review for
effectiveness.
Handle customer complaints, complaints to supplier, nonconformities control and product
recall.
Establish the specification for control the quality, legality and food safety of raw materials,
packaging and finished products. Set the plan for testing, monitor and review the result to
ensure that all meet specifications.
Update the vendor approval based on risk assessment of raw materials and packaging.
Provide technical information and documents upon customer request.
Monitor and update food regulation both in Thailand and destination countries.
Proof product labels to verify correctness and regulatory compliance. Generate product
nutrition and ingredient statements from company database. Respond to enquiries relating to
ingredients, label claims, allergens or other technical documents as needed.
Coordinate with Thai FDA for product registration and relevant tasks.
Handle other special projects as assigned.
