ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Organize mass recruitment and recruit, interview, perform reference checks and select applicants.
 Implemented and facilitated an onboarding program together with resort culture, core value for non-manager, manager level and EXCOM
 Set up budget for the human resources and other departments in conjunction with the hotel's strategic plan.
 Support managers with budget, long-term planning and objectives including capital renovations and purchases as required.
 Implement and advise managers on policy and procedure, job duties, working conditions, wages, and perform difficult duties, including dealing with problem, refereeing disputes, firing team members, and administering disciplinary procedures.
 Set up and implement payroll system, coaching all concerns to follow the SOP standard.
 Lead team members in the areas of: employment, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, organizational structure, benefits administration, employee relations, orientation/guidance/growth, and strategy/procedure development.
 Assist, in conjunction among managers, open communication at daily management meetings as well as assist delivery and structure of quarterly general team members meetings.
 Offer functional direction and making sure fulfillment with every applicable provincial legislation and federal including workers' compensation, employment standards, labor relations, human rights.
 Arrange workplace safety programs to make sure colleague awareness, regulation compliance and an accident free workplace.
 Oversee security department and mange every security activities
 Report directly to the general manager, the successful applicant will
be accountable.
