Provide the 24x7 service on implementation and MA (corrective and preventive)
Fortitgate Firewall implementation and installation
o Create the HA (active standby)
o Integrate with MA AD to enable authentication before access to internet.
o Export the traffic log to the external system and keep it to comply the ICT policy
Storage NAS: Synology implementation and installation
o Integrate with MS AD to manage the user permission on file share
o Crate network bonding for improve performance and HA
o Task backup for PC, Server, Virtual Machine (VM).
Access point : Aruba IAP with virtual controller implementation
o Create the SSID to serve difference user role to apply to the difference policy
Internet SD-Wan: Fortigate and VMware velocloud implementation
Backup: create the backup policy to ensure the data is protected. And setup backup and retention schedule for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.

Leading the development of a 3-year technical strategy & roadmap strategic plan
Planning, directing, and coordinating operations of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes network and server infrastructure, data center, data communications, and telecommunications systems.

Directs the activities of a small team of support specialists to resolve end user hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
Provide production support of existing applications including: problem determination, potentially developing a work around for the problem, developing a solution, and implementing the solution. Proactively offer suggestions to improve Information Technology processes as well as business process improvements.
Manage the all infrastructure comply with IT standard, Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability.
Develop short/long-term group objectives for advancing site infrastructure, technological capabilities and personnel development.
Review and approve major contracts for computer systems and information technology services (MA and PM Service).

Consolidate >20 physical servers to Virtual machine (VMWare)
Improved infrastructure day-to-day operation more productive and time saving. Reprocess the infrastructure day-to-day operation from manual to automate by tool.
Hybrid cloud solution for testing and QA environment and DR site for BCP solution.
Improved and Data cleansing on Active directory, and Exchange. Redesign the GPO to apply on Computer and user in AD domain.
Produced the WI or SOP for all infrastructure related (to comply with IT standard).

Maintain the all Hospital Business operation and infrastructure both network and system to always function.
Network: Backup, audit and verify network configuration for reduce
downtime.
Firewall: to protected unauthorized access to internal system and
network
Anti-Virus: to protected internal host (client and server) from
Virus/Worm, Build security policy to control and reduce
risk and implement latest security solution
Authentication system: this system is provide for control remote admin to server and network router and switch by two factor authentication (user name password and one-time password)
Backup system: backup all network device (router or switch)
configuration and Firewall configuration so it can use for disaster recovery.
Logging system: to compliance with Thailand law 2550, all system (mail server, web server, firewall, proxy server) will send log to centralize log system.
Monitor: monitor and response for security incident, virus outbreak, hacker, attacker DDOS both internal and external part.
