▪Assistant Project Manager for 8 fitness clubs in Thailand and 6 fitness clubs in Singapore. All projects are in the size range of 1,000 sq.m. to 7,000 sq.m.
▪Coordinating between all parties by maintaining all project relate correspondence and documentation in the project.
▪Issuing meeting minutes of all project meetings and responsible for distributing to all team members.
▪Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
▪Researching information as required.
▪Performing administrative tasks such as preparing PO, estimates, scheduling, and meetings.
▪Participating and updating the project cost and schedule.
▪Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
▪Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
