Drawing up technically and commercially correct quotations
/ Quotation tracking
/ Processing customer orders including invoicing and drawing up shipping documents
/ Coordinating deliveries and stockholding
/ Maintenance of customer & prospect database by CRM system/ Administration (e.g. coordinating appointments, handling customer inquiries via telephone, ordering office materials, etc
/ Telesales and support in the acquisition of new customers/ Providing support at trade fairs, exhibitions and events
